<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve having seal members preventing short circuit between lead wires and between connector terminals by fuel and reducing a manufacturing cost of the seal members. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electric unit U includes an electromagnetic actuator 60 operating a control valve 65, the internal terminals 67 provided on the actuator 60 and electrically connected to the lead wires 82, and housings 68, 71 having an assembling hole 68b for insertion and assembly of the internal terminals 67 and holding the internal terminals 67 in an insulated state. An insertion part 72 for inserting the lead wires 82 into the housing 71 is provided in a cylindrical end of the housing 71, which is formed in an almost cylindrical shape. The external seal member 73 is arranged between a cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the housing 68 and an inner peripheral surface of an insertion hole 43 and the internal seal member 69 is arranged between the assembling hole 68b and the internal terminal 67.
