PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system preventing data from being transferred to a terminal undesired by a user, and setting the transfer destination of data from an optional terminal desired by the user. SOLUTION: When it is requested from a second terminal to set the second terminal as the transfer destination of a connection request to a first terminal, a SIP server determines whether to permit the setting (S801). When permitted to be set as the transfer destination, as the result of the determination, the second terminal is set as the transfer destination of the connection request to the first terminal (S802).
