<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate library data depending on features of components in appearance by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: One of components of the same type on a substrate is selected as a representative component based on CAD data, and a screen on which a model image of a region including the representative component is displayed is activated. A display field 102 for a list of a component type icon is provided on this screen. When the component type corresponding to the representative component is selected, a sample image of a sub-component type belonging to the selected component type is displayed on the adjacent display field 108. When a user carries out an operation for selecting the sample image and an operation for adding a component body region W in an image display region 100 to the representative component, an inspection region based on a setting rule of the selected sub-component type is set to the representative component, and displayed. Depending on a definite operation to the display, a setting rule of basic library data that is modified so as to match the displayed inspection region is registered as low-level variation of the selected sub-component type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
