<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mold during the casting of molten resin in which the metal shell having a designing surface hardly deforms, and the method for manufacturing the mold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The concrete mold 10 includes: a frame 16; a concrete material 13 poured in the frame 16 and solidified; the metal shell 11, which is provided on the surface of the concrete material 13 and has the designing surface thereon; and reinforcing materials 14 provided in the frame 16 and on the rear surface of the metal shell 11. Among the concrete material 13 and the metal shell 11, piping 12 is arranged. On the rear surface of the metal shell 11 or on the opposite side to the designing surface, for example, the rod-like reinforcing materials 14 are fastened and buried in the concrete material 13. Even under the condition that the molten resin is poured on the surface of the concrete mold 10, due to the reinforcing materials 14 serving as an anchor, no deformation develops in the metal shell 11.
