PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of allowing the thermal expansion of a muffler even if, e.g., a muffler cover is increased in size and mounted on a portion ranging from the front to the rearward of the muffler. SOLUTION: There is provided a muffler cover 75 mounted on a muffler 65 coupled to a downstream end of an exhaust pipe of an engine. The muffler cover 75 is held in a fixing support 155 provided in the muffler 65 to be allowed to thermally dilate with reference to this fixing support 155. The fixing support 155 is provided at the anterior end of the muffler 65 in a front-back direction of the vehicle and is structured so as to slidably support the muffler cover 75 by a tail pipe 156 making up a rear end of the muffler 65.
