PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutically useful bone-seeking radionuclide which shows no remarkable shift after taking the radioactive decay product from conversion into bone (effective at least three days after administration).

SOLUTION: There is provided a physiologically acceptable preparation for in vivo administration, characterized by comprising dissolved bone-seeking radium-223 salt, with or without a single cation or a combination of several cations as a stabilizing alkaline earth metal cation analogue carrier, with or without an agent to prevent precipitation and/or generation of colloid, in addition to pharmacologically acceptable carriers and an adjuvant.
