PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-versatile linear guide device capable of stably and highly accurately moving a shaft in the longitudinal direction and being easily provided with an additional function of rotating the shaft. SOLUTION: The linear guide device comprises a feed screw (13) including a screw shaft (11) and a nut (12) fitted to a periphery of the screw shaft, supporting shafts (21, 21) which are formed as extension portions of both ends of the screw shaft and have a plurality of grooves formed along the longitudinal direction on the peripheral surface of the screw shaft, and linear guide bearings (23a, 23b) with an outer cylinder (22) for nonrotatably and slidably supporting each supporting shaft via a plurality of rolling bodies engaged with each groove of the supporting shaft.
