The information display device receives an instruction for content display from a user through the movement operation on the two dimensions determined by a first axis and a second axis, determines the movement speed of content to be displayed from a movement component in the first axis direction of the movement operation, determines the display form of the content to be displayed from a movement component in the second axis direction of the movement operation, and displays a plurality of items of content on a screen in the determined display form while scrolling at the determined movement speed.
