Packaging material with an anti-adhesion agent and its application in packaging for foodstuffs

In thermoplastic polymer packaging material (I), especially for packaging food, (I) contains, at least in some areas, a fatty acid ester (II) of a polyhydric alcohol, which has at least one fatty acid group with 19 or more carbon (C) atoms per ester molecule. Independent claims are included for (1) use of (II) as nonstick agent in (I); (2) food packaging containing or consisting of (I).
