PURPOSE: An absorbent product having a fastening device is provided to enable a user to frequently confirm defecation or urination regardless of the posture of a wearer due to the fastening device which is freely detached from a product body. CONSTITUTION: An absorbent product having a fastening device comprises: a product body including an upper sheet having liquid permeability, an impervious rear sheet(30), and an absorption core(20) which is placed between the upper sheet and the rear sheet; and a fastening member(200) coupling a front waist area with a rear waist area of the product body. The product body includes combination units(121,122) which are formed on the rear side of the product body. The combination unit is comprised of a first combination unit and a second combination unit. The fastening member includes a coupling unit(220).
