A video laryngoscope for difficult intubation with a tracheal cannula guiding groove includes a laryngoscope blade (1) comprising a handle, a video camera head (104) and the tracheal cannula guiding groove (109), a handle ferrule (2) and a LCD display (4). The tracheal cannula guiding groove (109) is an arc-shaped tracheal cannula guiding groove provided on the laryngoscope blade. A tracheal guiding core (9) can be passed through the tracheal cannula guiding groove (109), after a tracheal cannula (10) being sleeved on the tracheal guiding core (9), guiding the tracheal cannula (10) to be inserted into a human glottis, the tracheal guiding core (9) being capable of separating from the guiding groove (109) via a slot on a side of the guiding groove (109). A tracheal cannula guiding method for difficult airway intubation is also provided. |
