PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a vehicle body that protects protecting object parts provided on the floor, and to improves flexibility of layout. SOLUTION: A fragile portion 7 is formed at the recessed corner 6d below a seat fixing surface 6a of a seat mount bracket member 6, and inside, in the vehicular width direction, of the position where outer flange 6c is formed. The fragile portion 7 has a step where the vertical cross-sectional shape along the vehicular fore-and-aft direction rapidly changes in the vehicular width direction, to facilitate the bending deformation of the seat mount bracket member 6, while the seat fixing surface 6a of the seat mount bracket member 6 tilts upper surface side toward outside in the vehicular width direction caused by the advance of the side sill 4 toward inside of the vehicle.
