<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module, an image capturing apparatus and optical equipment that suppress the occurrence of ghost and flare. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The imaging module 3 is configured such that a rectangular prism P is arranged nearest to an object side of an imaging optical system, and has a cutout surface Pd obtained by cutting out an included angle part between a reflection surface Pb and an emitting surface Pc.
