The present invention proposes a method, suitable mechanisms and a suitable circuit assembly where they are embedded in a system of encoding of data according to the standard JPEG-2000 and achieves:A) ensuring of fixed rate of compression for any image with small reduction (practically zero) of the quality of compression without increasing the material of implementation, namely the number of the circuits of the entropy encoding grades.B) the assignment of burdens namely proportions of processing cycles by code block by sub-zone based on the criticality of the sub-zones as regards the quality of compression,C) the dynamic redistribution of processing cycles for each code block taking into account the cycles (time) that have been consumed for the previous code blocks and the burdens of the remaining blocks |
