PURPOSE: Nanoporous materials having mesoporous pores and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal stability and to be used in shape selectivity catalytic reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nanoporous materials having mesoporous pores includes the following steps: preparing zeolite precursor sol; adding the organosilane into sol; oxidizing an oxidizing agent to the sol; agitating the sol with a surfactant; irradiating microwaves during over 1 hours; removing and extracting the surfactant in a washing agent; and partially substituted the zeolite precursor with hetero metals. The heterometal source is aluminum alkoxide.
