<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein column separation has normally and mainly been used for separating and refining phospholipid components, which employs an environmentally unfavorable solvent such as chloroform and takes time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Object components are separated and refined by changing the solubility of a phospholipid in a non-polar solvent and a polar solvent utilizing the difference in affinity for hydrogen ions of the phospholipid.
