PURPOSE: An apparatus for making pastry snack is provided to manufacture the snacks in a pan-broiled rice cake shape with reinforcement spokes which are not exposed and to make a hollow structure of the snack with red pepper paste seasoning. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making pastry snack includes the following: a plurality of nozzles(200) formed on the bottom of a cylindrical container; an input space(201) in which a raw material passes through; a support plate(202) with a plurality of inlets(204) supplying the raw materials into the input space; a center shaft(206) screwed with the input space on the inner surface of the supporting plate; an injection inner ring(207) forming the inner circumference of the snacks; an injection outer ring(209) forming the outer circumferences of the snacks; and a plurality of protrusions formed in an injection direction of the injection outer ring. |
