STERILIZER USING A ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sterilizer using atmospheric pressure plasma and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable rapid sterilizing process and to prevent the damage due to heat using plasma of a low temperature in the atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizer using atmospheric pressure plasma comprises: a first electrode(110) which is connected to a ground voltage; a second electrode(120) which is located on a position facing to the first electrode; an insulator(130) which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a power supply unit(140) sanctioning the power to the second electrode. The plasma is atmospheric pressure plasma which is generated on the upper part of the first electrode.
