PURPOSE: An air stimulator for low temperature and low humidity is provided to cut the manufacturing cost and to improve the production yield rate by decreasing the failure rate. CONSTITUTION: An air stimulator for low temperature and low humidity includes: an oxygen supply source which is equipped with a compressed oxygen tank or an oxygen generator for medical treatments; a drying/cooling device which filters and dries the moisture in the exhaust oxygen gas which is exhausted from the oxygen supply source through an electronic solenoid valve and cools the exhausted oxygen gas when the temperature of the oxygen gas rises over a fixed level; a regulator which controls pressure to discharge the oxygen at a fixed pressure after receiving the oxygen from the drier; and a filter which filters foreign materials in the oxygen provided form the regulator.
