PURPOSE: A biscuit containing seaweed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the biscuit of a seaweed taste, and to offer a variety of vitamins and minerals in the seaweed to the biscuit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biscuit containing seaweed includes the following steps: mixing seaweed powder 4~6 parts by weight, shortening 12~18 parts by weight, baking powder 2~4 parts by weight, salt 0.8~1.2 parts by weight, skimmed milk powder 1.5~2.5 parts by weight, fructooligosaccharid 8~12 parts by weight, egg 42~48 parts by weight, and sugar 8~12 parts by weight with soft wheat flour 100 parts by weight; kneading a mixture; molding the dough after aging the dough for 30 ~ 40 minutes; and baking a molded product in a preheated oven for 8~12 minutes in 150~170°C. |
