<p>A hole de-burring device is provided to prevent the bending of a wire tool by preventing the interference of the wire tool for the oil hole of an engine workpiece by varying the shape of the wire tool through an operating rod and an hydraulic cylinder. A hole debugging device(100) comprises a shank member(10), an operating rod(30), a hydraulic cylinder(50), a spring member(70) and a wire tool(90). The shank member is inserted into an oil hole and allows the rotation thereof in the oil hole. The operating rod is connected to the shank member, and rotates with shank member. The operating rod moves forward or backward about the shank member, and hydraulic cylinder supports the one end portion of the operating rod. The spring member is transformed elastically through the hydraulic pressure, and moves the operating rod backward with elastic rebound force. The wire tool is installed between the shank member and the other end portion of the operating rod.</p> |
