The enclosure (1) has a base wall (10) forming a floor, and two longitudinal walls (11). A cistern (3) is supported on the floor, where the cistern has width lesser than or equal to a mutual space between the longitudinal walls. An upper wall (33) has a concave part of a concavity directed toward the floor to distribute solid bulk goods on the cistern while lowering center of gravity of load. The cistern comprises two reservoirs that are juxtaposed transversally.
