PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit degradation of an S21 passing characteristic in a multilayered capacitor mounted in the state where the surface direction of an internal electrode is oriented to cross at right angle with the mounting surface. SOLUTION: Two or more sets of a first and a second internal electrodes 23 and 24 are made to constitute two capacitor units 34 and 35 given by at least one set of the first and the second internal electrodes 23 and 24 respectively, two capacitor units 34 and 35 are located separating by a spacing 36 between them wider than a spacing between the first and the second internal electrodes 23 and 24 which constitute each of capacitor units, and thereby a distribution region D as a whole of the first and the second internal electrodes 23 and 24 is made to extend in the lamination direction of a capacitor body 25.
