PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter for a vehicle which enables a user to monitor a change in vehicle information in relation to an arbitrarily set reference value with excellent visibility in either day or night, in regard to a monocular type after-meter. SOLUTION: The meter for the vehicle includes a transmitting ring-shaped member 4 which is so provided between a case body 2 and a cover member 3 as to surround an analog type indication part 1, a light source 5 which illuminates at least the ring-shaped member in a transmitting manner, and a bezel member 8 which includes a pointing part 81 blocking a part of the ring-shaped member 4 and pointing out an indicator part 12a and which surrounds the cover member 3 and the ring-shaped member 4 and is so provided as to be rotatable along the respective outer peripheries of the cover member 3 and the ring-shaped member 4.
