PURPOSE: A cushion for a patient and a decubitus preventive mat including the same are provided, which remove additional and periodic work to change the patient's posture lying on a mat. CONSTITUTION: A decubitus preventive mat includes: an air generation part which offers pneumaticity; a splitter which distributes the pneumatic force created in the air generation part; a first feed port which has a plurality of conduits communicating with the splitter; a first cushioning portion(10) in which a plurality of cell members which are swelled individually by the pneumatic force offered through the first feed port are arranged; a second feed port(110) which communicates with the first feed port; and a second cushioning portion(120) which is swelled by the pneumatic force and connected to the second feed port. The cushion for a patient includes: an air generation part which offers the pneumatic force; a splitter which distributes the pneumatic force created in the air generation part; a second feed port which communicates with the splitter; and a second cushioning portion which is swelled by the pneumatic force and connected to the second feed part.
