PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure having an easy assembling work at an end part on a side of a floor in a surface member. SOLUTION: In this vehicle structure, a floor is provided in a rear part luggage compartment of a vehicle, and the surface member 9 provided on a rear part seat of the vehicle is extended to the floor side to bury a clearance between the rear part seat and the floor. A hard member 10 harder than the surface member 9 is provided at the end part on the side of the floor in the surface member 9. A groove part 11 capable of storing the hard member 10 is provided over almost the entire region of a width of the rear part seat on the side of the rear part seat in the floor. In an upper part of the groove part 11, a plurality of hook parts 12 which are engaged to the hard member 10 when inserting the hard member 10 into the groove part 11 and are capable of holding the hard member 10 in the groove part 11 and a plurality of cut-out parts 13 recessed downward are provided. A depth of each of the cut-out parts 13 is set to almost the same as a lower end of each of the hook parts 12 or deeper than the lower end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
