PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold coat coating method and an in-mold coat coating device capable of obtaining a membrane favorable in quality. SOLUTION: In the in-mold coat coating method, the membrane 510 is formed by applying a coat to a mold by a coating gun 110 for spraying a coating material before molding, and cooled compression air 134 is supplied to the coating gun.
