PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door structure wherein a protruded member is provided adjacent to a vehicle body member facing the impact bar of a belt line for transmitting a collision load to a vehicle body on the rear part of a door in a short stroke while securing the formability of a door inner panel, resulting in less deformation inside a vehicle interior. SOLUTION: The vehicle door structure includes the door inner panel 4 recessed inward in a vehicle cross direction, a door outer panel 5 facing the door inner panel 4, and the impact bar 26 longitudinally extending from the belt line inside the door in the vehicle cross direction. The door inner panel 4 facing the impact bar 26 in the extending direction has an opening 40 from which the protruded member 41 is protruded adjacent to the vehicle body member 14 facing the impact bar 26 in the extending direction, separately from the door inner panel 4.
