PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for holding a ceramic substrate and its holding method in which the ceramic substrate can be positioned and held simply and easily. SOLUTION: The jig for holding a ceramic substrate comprises a containing member having a substantially rectangular recess for containing the ceramic substrate in one side thereof, and a frame body having a substantially rectangular through hole larger than the opening area of the recess and a slit made substantially in parallel with the inner circumferential edge part of the through hole wherein the frame body is arranged such that the through hole overlaps the recess in the containing member and the frame body can slide on the recess forming face back and forth and to the left and right. |
