PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit having a fuse block is provided to improve the area efficiency of a semiconductor IC by simplifying a layout and reducing a redundancy area. CONSTITUTION: A first bank and the second bank fuse unit are arranged in a fuse sector(950) alternately. A plurality of control blocks(500a,500b,600a,600b) are arranged in order to surround the fuse sector. A plurality of control blocks control the signal transmission between the banks and fuse sectors. The fuse block(900) is arranged in the center of the fuse sector and comprises the first fuse unit and the second fuse unit. The first fuse controller(700) is arranged in one side of the fuse block and controls the first fuse unit. A second fuse controller(800) is arranged in the other side of the fuse block and controls the second fuse unit.
