CONSTITUTION: A composition for treatment and prevention of erectile dysfunction contains Polygala tenuifolia extract using alcohol or alcohol solution as a solvent. The alcohol is ethanol or methanol. A method for manufacturing the Polygala tenuifoila extract comprises: a step of dipping dried Polygala tenuifoila in alcohol or alcohol solution; a step of filtering and decompressing; a step of freeze-drying.
