<p>In a mass analysis data analysis device, centroid data is used as mass spectrum data of the analysis object. Firstly, the peak of the centroid data is specified as a reference peak for identifying the isotope cluster in the descending order of the intensity. The appearance pattern of the peaks before and after the reference peak is compared to the appearance pattern of the isotope cluster predicted when each valence is hypothesized, thereby detecting an isotope cluster. The valence of the isotope cluster identified by this is made a valence of the peak belonging to the isotope cluster and the first peak of the cluster is identified as a monoisotopic peak. This mass analysis data analysis device enables judgment of valence of each peak on the mass spectrum and identification of the monoisotopic peak in a short time.</p> |
