FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: filter cartridge comprises a solid case with an external branch pipe, in-built absorbent charge, mesh and dust plug in the bottom of the charge, cover with apertures for hazardous substance intake from air. According to the first version, the cartridge comprises an auxiliary dust plug in the top of the charge with the charge designed as a single-block structure with looseness wherein adsorbent particles are irregularly shaped and aggregated by a binding polymer among themselves, to internal walls of the case and to the dust plugs. The branch pipe is displaced towards a narrow part of the filter and inclined 75-87 to a plane of the bottom of the case for downsizing protruding component of the filter. Polypropylene or polypropylene block copolymer compositions with high elastic modulus, high frost resistance and chemical stability are used as a material for the case, the mesh and the cover. According to the second version, the cartridge additionally comprises an aerosol filter representing a stretched plate of a filter medium mounted in the top of the charge and fixed by clipping a collar of the filter between the cover and case edges. ^ EFFECT: improved performance and ergonomic characteristics of the filter cartridges. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
