PURPOSE: A receiving device is provided to prevent passengers from being hurt by preventing the opening of an opening unit due to the malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A receiving device comprises a housing(110), an opening and closing unit(120), a holder(130), and a locking unit(140). The housing has an opening. The opening and closing unit is combined in the housing and opens and closes the opening. The holder is formed in the opening and closing unit. The holder communicated to the opening and closing unit is operated. The locking unit is formed in the housing. If an external shock is delivered, the locking unit is circulated from the first location to the second position and restricts the operation of the holder.
