<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket which can suppress an inclination at assembly and can suppress buckling in use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Intermediate convex parts 6 having convex shapes and integrated with a body 1 are provided between a first seal rib 2 and an outer rib 4 of the gasket, between the first seal rib 2 and an inner rib 5, between a second seal rib 3 and the outer rib 4, and between the second seal rib 3 and the inner rib 5, respectively. An end face 67 and an inclined face 68 are formed in the respective intermediate convex parts 6 so that an angle formed of the inclined face 68 and an axial center line L becomes smaller than an angle formed of the end face 67 and the axial center line L and a connecting part 65 positioned in a boundary between the end face 67 and the inclined face 68 is formed into a convex angle shape. By the existence of the intermediate convex parts 6, recessed shapes in the vicinities of the first seal rib 2 and the second seal rib 3 are reduced, and thus the buckling is suppressed.
