PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating panel connecting the operating panel and a sequence controller by a transmission cable in one system. SOLUTION: The operating panel 1 includes: an operating panel body 10; hardware switches 21 and 22 fixed to the operating panel body 10 and to be used by an operator for a manual operation; a panel display part 41 fixed to the operating panel body 10 to switch panel display states, allowing the operator to perform a first touch operation for operating equipment; an input/output processing part 30 connected to the hardware switches 21 and 22; and a panel processing part 43 connected to the sequence controller 2, the input/output processing part 30 and the panel displaying part 41. Further, the operating panel 1 is provided with a first cable 50 for connecting the input/output processing part 30 and the panel processing part 43 and different from a second cable 60 for connecting the panel processing part 43 and the sequence controller 2.
