PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminate sheet, enabling manufacturing of a laminate sheet in which the thicknesses of individual layers in the width direction are essentially uniform. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a large number of slits 16, 17, etc. arranged at intervals, and a laminate sheet 6 in which different molten materials are laminated alternately is manufactured by causing different molten materials to flow out of adjacent slits 16 and 17. Narrowed parts where the clearances of individual slits 16 and 17 in the direction of lamination are narrowed in the slit passing direction are formed entirely in the slit width direction.
