<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor capable of suppressing variation in press-in margin and excellent in balancing of a press-in load, in addition to improvement in productivity and reduction in manufacturing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric motor is characterized in that each arcuate portion 31 has a radius R1 smaller than the radius R of the shaft, the centers of eccentricity O1 to O4 are positions individually being eccentric by an equal distance Q from the center O of a press-in hole 30, the radius R2 thereof is so determined as to meet the expression, R<R2≤R1+Q. The press-in hole 30 has such a characteristic that the eccentric arcuate portion has the remotest position from the arcuate portion 31 as the center of eccentricity and is continuously connected to both sides of the arcuate portion 31.
