DUAL PLATE TYPE ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT DEVICE AND THE METHOD FOR FABRICATING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A dual plate type organic electro-luminescent device and a method for fabricating thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of lifespan due to a defect in the shrinkage of a light emitting layer by forming a conductive shielding layer. CONSTITUTION: A gate line and a data line(DL) are vertically crossed with each other on a first substrate(105). The gate line and the data line define a pixel region(P). A switching transistor is formed at crossing points of the data line and the gate line. A driving transistor(Td) is connected to the switching transistor respectively. A connecting electrode(170) is connected to a drain electrode of the driving transistor. A first electrode(180) is formed on the whole surface of the lower part of a second substrate(110). A buffer pattern(162) is formed in the lower part of the first electrode. A partition(164) is overlapped with the buffer pattern. A patterned spacer(150) is located on one side thereof and is separated from the partition. An organic light emitting layer(182) touches the first electrode. A second electrode(184) is formed in the lower part that touches the organic light emitting layer.
