<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which prevents the deterioration of recognition accuracy of a scene while shortening a processing time during recognizing the scene and performs image processing to a photographed image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The camera 1 including: an imaging element 105 for acquiring an image of an object; an imaging element 102 for acquiring an image of an object, the number of pixels of which is smaller than that of pixels of the object of the imaging element 105; an image processing part 103 for extracting a parameter for making the image obtained by the imaging element 105 have high image quality from the image obtained by the imaging element 102, and an image processing part 106 for using the parameter extracted by the image processing part 103 to perform high image quality processing of the image obtained by the imaging element 105, is adopted.
