PURPOSE: A blade welding device of a toner cartridge is provided to reduce a blade welding time by repeatedly performing the seating work of a blade and a deferment frame. CONSTITUTION: A blade welding device of a toner cartridge comprises a main body(10), a jig installation unit(20), a jig return unit(30) and a manipulation unit(40). The main body comprises an upper plate and a supporting plate. The jig installation unit is installed in the top plate center part of the main body. The jig return part comprises a transfer cylinder. The transfer cylinder is installed to go in gear between the supporting board locating on the decoupling-type transfer rail. The manipulation part is located in the upper plate front of the main body. The manipulation part comprises an operation button. The manipulation part controls the operation of the motor of the motor of the jig installation unit and transfer cylinder and jig return part and transfer cylinder and ascent and descent cylinder.
