PURPOSE: An inverter apparatus for vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a fixed output voltage by controlling a duty ratio. CONSTITUTION: An inverter unit(120) supplies an output voltage to the load(130) by changing a DC power into a AC power. A power supplying unit(110) supplies the DC power to the inverter unit. A controller(150) gradually increases a duty ratio of a controlling signal in an initial duty ratio in an initial supplying state of the DC power. The duty ratio of the controlling signal is gradually increased to reach a reference range. An output voltage detecting unit(140) detects the output voltage. The controller decides the initial supplying state of the DC power based on the output voltage corresponding to the reference voltage. The controller controls the duty ratio of the controlling signal to regularly maintain the output voltage.
