<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode panel for electroluminescence, in which the light-emitting shape can be made close to a desired pattern. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrode panel for electroluminescence 1 includes: a substrate 2; a first electrode 3 which is formed on the substrate 2 and includes a parallel portion 11 and an inclined portion 12 which extends in a direction slanted to the parallel portion 11 and connected to the parallel portion 11; a second electrode 4 which is formed on the substrate 2 with a spacing from the first electrode 3 and includes a parallel portion 21 and an inclined portion 22 which extends in a direction slanted to the parallel portion 21 and connected to the parallel portion 21; and a light-emitting part which includes a dielectric layer 5 and a luminous layer 6 and is formed on the both electrodes 3, 4.
