<p>The method involves changing a characteristic variable as a function of period of time due to detection of missing load. The characteristic variable is determined from temperature, humidity, flow speed, pressure and/or microwave energy in a cooking chamber and/or heating power applied to the cooking chamber. Another variable for a light of the chamber, a display device and/or an input device of a cooking device is changed depending on the period of time due to the detection of the missing load. Regulation of the variables is terminated. An independent claim is also included for a cooking device including a heating device.</p> |
