PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera photographing support system and a method thereof capable of reducing a load at a camera side and achieving effective support for photographing by a camera and excellent photographing by the camera, and to provide a portable communication terminal used therefor. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal 10 connected to a mobile communication network 30 has: a short-distance communication means 105 wirelessly connected to a camera 20 capable of setting photographing conditions; a position detecting means 102 for detecting the present position of the portable communication terminal; a storing means 103 for storing photographing condition data of the camera 20 determined depending on the present position; and a control means 106 for transmitting the photographing condition data to the camera 20 when short-distance connection communication with the camera 20 becomes possible.
