Provided are an inverter-integrated electric compressor sufficiently resistant to vibration and reduced in weight, and an inverter device of the inverter-integrated electric compressor.  In the inverter-integrated electric compressor (1), the inverter device (20) comprises an inverter module (23) in which a power-related metal substrate (21), on which semiconductor switching elements are mounted, and a resin case (22) are formed integrally with each other.  A CPU substrate (30), on which a control communication circuit such as a CPU operating at low voltage is mounted, is installed on the upper surface of the inverter module (23).  A thermosetting resin layer (34) used for insulating and moisture-proofing is provided in the resin case (22) in such a manner as to cover the upper surface of the power-related metal substrate (21).  Vibration-absorbing elastic resin adhesive material layers (35, 35A) which  maintain a rubber state in the operating temperature range of the inverter-integrated electric compressor (1) are provided between the lower surface of the CPU substrate (30) and the thermosetting resin layer (34).
