PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film composition is provided to prevent the generation of bubbles flowing out before a reaction, and t o prevent bubbles from being generated on PI interface, and to obtain adhesion reliability at high temperature/high humidity and thermal shocks. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film composition comprises: a thermoplastic resin; a polyurethane acrylate resin which has functions of a binder and a hardening part at the same time; an organic particle resin of a core-shell structure; a radical polymer; a radical initiator; and conductive particles. The organic particle resin of the core-shell structure includes a core layer which is composed of a rubbery polymer having a low grass transition temperature(less than 20°C) and a shell layer.
