PURPOSE: A base for a palette is provided to extend the service life of a palette by maintaining adhesion between an outer hard layer and an inner core material. CONSTITUTION: A base for a palette comprises a core layer(1), an urethane coating layer(2), and a hard layer(3). The urethane coating layer is formed outside the core layer. The hard layer is formed of synthetic resin outside the urethane coating layer, wherein the synthetic resin is one of polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS, and acryl. The thicknesses of the core layer, the urethane coating layer, and the hard layer are 20-30mm, 1-3mm, and 0.5-2mm, respectively.
