PURPOSE: To provide a novel thermal transfer receptor sheet for printing using a metal-coated polymer surface as thermal transfer printing and particularly a receptor surface. CONSTITUTION: A thermal transfer system having a thermal transfer receptor component and a thermal transfer door component brought into contact with the receptor component. In this case, the receptor component contains a vapor deposition metal layer, a primer layer on the metal layer containing a saturated thermoplastic polyester having an aliphatic group and an aromatic group and a thermoset alkyd polyester, and a receiving layer on the primer layer, and the receiving layer is brought into contact with the donor component.
