<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane composition for elastic pavement with excellent long-term storage stability and foaming resistance while satisfying low-temperature work efficiency and curing property required for a resin binder used in a general in site elastic pavement material. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane composition 12 for elastic pavement contains an urethane prepolymer having carbodiimide group in a main chain and two or more isocyanate groups in a terminal, in which the mass% of the carbodiimide group to the mass of the urethane prepolymer is 1.5 mass% or more.
